Coffee

Yesterday, I went to the dedication of the WWII memorial in Warren. It was cold out there and every politician imaginable gave a speech. Eventually, I went and got some coffee. Around noon or 12:30. It was good and hot and I rarely drink the stuff.
 
The caffeine waited until 11:00 pm to take effect. I was bright eyed and bushy tailed until 3:00 am before I got back to sleep!
 
Amazing stuff - why did it take that long to go into hyper-drive?
