Plantar fasciitis
I suffer from plantar fasciitis. It is by far more painful than the break / sprain / dislocation I had in my foot back in 2004. I even went back to my ortho to make sure that it wasn't related to the fall I took from the Phoenix Arizona curb in 2004. The x-rays looked good so the plantar fasciitis is just part of my aging process.
My ortho had me start a regiment of stretches that were exactly the same stretches I did for the break. (Hmmm, I could have save some money with this doctor's trip if I had thought about it.) The stretches did help but not enough. I ended up getting a really good arch support and the sock. It is amazing the difference both of these products have done for me.
My brother suggested the sock with the warning that I may not sleep well with it on for a few days. I haven't had an ounce of problems sleeping except the sock's velcro sticks to my blankets. Dan, thanks for suggesting this. It has helped immensely!
